I am a Multi-media Designer Based in Lethbridge, Alberta, Canada.

• Produce graphic design materials for client projects with a focus on branding, marketing and print/digital applications like logos, flyers, banners/billboards, signage, vehicle wraps, decals, etc.
• Analyze needs and problems and develop visual solutions.
• Prepare concept presentations for client or project manager approval, ranging from simple sketches to full-colour layouts
• Develop first drafts of approved concepts, in consultation with clients and/or project manager.
• Prepare artwork or digital files for production in the form of final proof for approval.
• Setup final approved designs and assets for production.
• Coordinate the production of print or electronic media.
• Report to lead designer and project manager on a regular basis.

● Design logos, business cards, flyers, brochures, banners, posters, signage, etc.
● Prepare print-ready artwork; ensure correct file formats, bleeds, colour profiles, etc.
● Retouch / edit images; manage and optimize graphics for print clarity.
● Operate Digital Printing Equipment: Run digital copiers, large-format printers, and finishing equipment (e.g., cutters, laminators, binders).
● File Setup for Print: Ensure artwork is properly prepared with correct bleeds, margins, crop marks, resolution, and colour profiles (CMYK/RGB).
● Print Proofing: Review proofs before production; check alignment, colours, and overall quality.
● Assist walk-in or business clients with selecting paper, finishes, or sizes, and provide design advice tailored for print outputs.

Front-End Web Design Responsibilities:

• Design and develop company website that is optimized for all devices (desktop, tablet, mobile).
• Debug and troubleshoot HTML and Bootstrap layout or design issues.

Graphic Design Responsibilities:

• Develop branding materials such as logos, business cards, and style guides.
• Design graphics for digital platforms, including social media posts, web banners, and email templates.
• Create custom illustrations or icons to enhance website designs and marketing materials using Adobe Illustrator.

• Provide first-level technical support to users via chat.

• Track, document, and manage support tickets using CaseEasy’s internal system or tools like Intercom

• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the development or product team with proper documentation.

• Help with user testing, create and improve support documentation and FAQs.
